A Wuhan factory that makes, installs and dismantles its own products
Hubei Hongying Guardrail Co., Ltd. was founded in Wuhan in 2014 and manufactures at its own factory in Jiangxia District. Hoarding and site fencing, guardrails and railings, and wire mesh fencing all come out of the same workshop, and the teams that install and dismantle those products in China are the same teams that build them.

Founded in 2014, built around three product families
Hubei Hongying Guardrail Co., Ltd. is a Wuhan manufacturer of municipal construction-safety products. The company was founded in 2014, is registered in Wuhan, Hubei Province with registered capital of RMB 5 million, and handles research and development, production, sales, installation, maintenance and dismantling as one operation rather than a chain of subcontractors.
Production covers three families. Hoarding and site fencing closes a work area — municipal hoarding, colour-steel hoarding, PVC hoarding, perforated hoarding, water-filled barriers. Guardrails and railings protect edges, openings, roads and crowds — excavation edge guardrails, zinc-steel perimeter railing, PVC railing, road guardrail, crowd-control barriers. Wire mesh fencing marks and secures a boundary — double-wire mesh, chain-link, peach-post, framed mesh, temporary mesh fence and razor wire.
Because the factory also installs and dismantles what it sells, panel sizes, post profiles and finishes are set against the drawing the buyer approves, and the same drawing is used on the shop floor and on site.

Production base
The workshop and warehouse behind every quotation
Cutting, forming, welding, surface preparation and assembly happen in our own workshop in Jiangxia District, with covered storage beside it for finished panels, posts, barriers and mesh sections waiting to load. Output is planned per order against the specification the buyer sends.

The factory that quotes is the factory that produces, packs and loads — and, for domestic projects, the team that installs and later dismantles.
Integrated scope
Research and development, production, sales, installation, maintenance and dismantling are all part of our own operation. A drawing agreed with the factory is the same drawing the site team works from, which keeps panel and post dimensions consistent from order to order.
Made to the drawing
Colour-steel hoarding, PVC hoarding, perforated hoarding, water-filled barriers, guardrails and mesh fence sections are fabricated to the buyer's drawing or to a nominated standard — dimensions, thickness, mesh aperture and surface finish as ordered, not pulled from a fixed catalogue.
Documents with the shipment
Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin as required, with the packing and loading plan agreed per specification. Buyers who need CE / EN / ASTM documentation: tell us the standard and we will confirm in writing what we can supply.

Every item we produce belongs to one of three families, and all three are made under the same roof — so a mixed order can be quoted, packed and loaded as one programme.

Sales, quotations and export documentation are handled from the office in Hongshan District, Wuhan. Production, packing and loading happen at the factory in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, where the workshop and the finished-goods warehouse stand together.
